Baby Groot Scarf

Baby Groot Scarf!

I made this for my younger son as he loves baby groot. I created a pocket on the scarf, so he tucks in and can be carried along.  Original groot is made by Twinkie Chan, I have modified to be smaller, so it won't topple over the scarf.

Supplies:

F & G hook

Red heart yarn in tan, green

HandmadeQT: Pocahontas Baby Set

I've been waiting to post this picture for a long time. I made this baby set as a diaper cover bottom and top as one. Off the shoulder top. I made this pattern using own stitch. There's a button hole made unto the back of them  dress and the strap connect to it. For sandals, I used a patten variation from Youtube.

I used a double and half double crochet. I did the middle of the body with half double and single crochet. I did the shell looking stitch with puff clusters pattern I've made in the past (for pattern please check past posts) I did top and strap with double crochet. Lastly, I used a shell stitch on front post to get to dangle off like in Pochantas.

HandmadeQT: Sandals

Here's what I'm workingon at the moment. It's a pair of toddler-sized sandals with double soles for reinforcement. I'm constantly on the go, my little one doesn't like shoes at all. So makin these soup with be easier to strap on. I'm thinking of adoing velcro to the strap once I figure out to get to stay on yarn. If not a button will work too. The finished product will be up this week!
