FoodQT: Carrot Cake Frosting


My mother in law asked me to make a carrot cake. I haven't made one in a long time. 
So I made 2. One for us and one for them.  I pulled out the kitchenaid, had the cakes cool and made the frosting. Here's the recipe below.

Supplies:
2 cups of powdered sugar  (sifted)
1 package of cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup of butter (softened)
1 tsp of vanilla extract 

Mixed in powdered sugar a little at a time, so you don't have a dust cloud. Mix well, until there are no lumps and all ingredients are mix well.
