Rainbow Birthday

I was inspired by a Nichol Magourik card, she made not too long ago with the release of Mama Elephant Carnival Toppers. I made my first watercolor card not too long ago, using a baby bear. This time I wanted bright colors coming together. I used watercolor paper and heat embossed the sentiment. I added stars, but forgot to add some sequins. After, I went over the white embossed writing with a white gel pen, to get the sentiment to pop.
