FOODQT: Warm Apple Pie (Dutch)

Here's a dessert I made last week for my family to night dessert. I made it all from scratch and my family loves it. As soon as, it was set on the table, it was gone, poor pie never saw it coming.

It's a fairly simple recipe using one pie pyrex or any glassware of any kind.

Supplies:
1 3/4 cup of flour, if its a bigger pyrex mold.
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1/2 tsp of salt
2 TBSP of milk,  or 2 TBSP of water, I prefer milk, it makes it flaky.

For Filling:
4-5 apples peeled and thinly sliced,
2 tsp of sugar
1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
4 Tablespoons of butter

For Topping:
Mix 1 tsp of ground cinnamon, 2 tsp of flour  and 3 TBSP of sugar (mix well)
Add chunks of cold butter and mix until you see tiny chunks

1. Add all ingredients into the mold. stir around until you get a dough ball.
2. Pound out the dough with your hand until you get your desired crust shape. You can even you your fork to get pointy designs or fingers.

3.  Add filling.

4. Add Topping, make more if needed to cover top. Bake for 40-50 mins.
