FoodQT: Crockpot Carnitas

Here is our dinner a-cooking tonight. It's  so easy recipe for delicious and flavorful, without it being fried.

Supplies:
3lbs of pork but or shoulder, cut into 2in. Pieces
1/2 onion sliced
1/2 c of soda, coke, pepsi, or dr.pepper
1/3 c of orange juice
1/4 c of chicken stock
Salt and pepper
Garlic Powder and 2 garlic cloves minced
Ground Cumin

1. Place all meat in crockpot or slow cooker.
2. Seasoned meat and mix together with juice, stock, and soda
3. Let cook oh high for 4 hrs and 6 hours on low.
4. Shred with fork when done and fluff.
