FOODQT: Apple Pork Chops

Tonight's dinner was excellent, always a winner. You can't make a bad comfort food with this. Served alongside mash potatoes.  The preparation is simple and it delicious.

Supplies:
1 1/2 pounds of boneless pork chop medallions
3-4 applies peeled or not and diced long ways (mine aren't peeled)
spices: Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg or allspice to taste.
3 teaspoons of flour separated
butter cubes
white onions julienne
1/2 apple juice
2 teaspoons of lemon juice or 1 teaspoon of vinegar

1. Cover chops in flour (2tsp) and have a quick fry until the coating is nice and crispy. 2-3 mins on each side and then pull out, set aside.
2. Cover onions in remaining flour. Add a cube of butter to hot skillet. Caramelized onions. Then add apple and give a quick stir.
3. Add liquids slowly until it's thicken. Then add chops. Cover and simmer for 2-3 mins. Until chops aren't pink anymore.
