FOODQT: Disney Pineapple Whip

I recently saw a posting on Pinterest for Disney's Pineapple Whip. I don't buy Cool Whip, because I make my own whipped cream. So I substituted that, I love how it came out. 

Supplies:

2 Whole Pineapples, chopped and frozen

2 cups of ice

2 tablespoons of sugar

Whipped Cream 

A good blender

I'm using my new Ninja Kitchen Professional Blender. So I decided to make ice cream. 

For whipped Cream

2/3 cup of heavy whipped cream

1/4 cup of sugar

Whipped until nice and fluffy.

For Pineapple Whip:

Add ice, sugar, and pineapple, crush until its all looks like shaved ice. Then take out and place in bowl. Fold in pineapple ice.
