I've been talking making this soup for weeks. I finally got around to it and thought I'd share the recipe.
4 cups of chicken broth
2 cups of water
A little over 1/2 pound of 7 beans and Barley Soup Mix
Salt and Pepper
2 zucchini sliced slight thick
1/2 sliced onion
1. Clean and strain beans in cold water.
2. Saute veggies, until onion softens.
3. Add beans and saute for 2 mins, constantly moving. Add spices, water, and stock.
4. Boil for 1 30 mins medium high heat.
