Is it Fall yet? It was a cloudy day and I really wanted a soup for lunch. It's been hot days for weeks now, but I'm pretending its fall. No stovetop, just using my Wolfgang Puck Pressure Cooker. In 10-12mins, delicious, homemade soup.

Supplies :
1 cup of sliced thick ham
1/2  cup of cooked bacon, saving 2 Tablespoon of bacon fat.

1/4 cup of carrots chopped in small cubes
2 tablespoons of celery minced
2 cups of washed and drained lentils (used 1 cup of red and one cup of brown)
2 cups of chicken stock
5 cups of water
Salt and pepper
2 cloves of garlic

1.  Turn heat on pressure cooker and use bacon fat to Sautee onion, ham, bacon, lentils, carrots, and celery. Sautee for 2 minutes. Then, add garlic.

2. Salt and pepper, add chicken stock and water, combine. Add any other spices you like.

3. Set timer to 10-12 mins. Enjoy with Garlic Toast.
