It was cloudy day and I wanted to make a soup. Regular Pozole takes about 2 hours to stew. But, using the Wolfgang Puck Pressure Cooker, I was able to make it in 12mins. Amazing! It was so delicious . Set it to 12 mins. No more or you'll overcook meat.
