My son has recently been on a 400 calorie diet restriction. I've been switching gears from making delicious comfort food to more lowfat meals, that are still delicious. I placed these ingredients in my vitamix and then heated them up in the stove or microwave for leftovers. If I were to leave soup in vitamix to heat up, it would pureed soup, which is great, but I like texture.
1 baked potato (save 1/4 for crumbling in soup)
2 TBSP of grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 strip of crisp bacon
1 cup of lowfat 1% milk
