FoodQT: Sriracha Honey Chicken

I finally got a grid sheet I've been wanting forever! Now I can make crispy oven baked goods without getting soggy bottoms. lol

This is the easiest chicken I made with a one zip lock bag, a mix of spices and a little shake. Essentially, homemade shake and bake.

Supplies:
8 pieces of drumsticks
1 big ziploc bag enough to hold all pieces of chicken and a little room for shaking
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup of milk
2 TBSP of sriracha, paprika, honey, cayenne, pepper, garlic powder
1 tsp of salt
2 cups of breadcrumbs
a shallow dish (for coating chicken)

1. Mix all spices, milk, and lemon juice. Shake in ziploc bag. Add chicken, seal tightly and give it some good shakes, until everything is coated with all marinate.

2. Marinate for 20 mins.

3. Coat in breadcrumbs.

4. Spray no stick spray on grid sheet. Place chicken a couple of inches apart.

5. Place in cookie sheet and place in oven forfor 45 mins at 400 degrees oven. Check to see if chicken is fully cooked.
