FoodQT: Quiche with Hashbrown Crust

Bonjour Mes amis! My best friend birthday was coming up and we always throw a small gathering for her. Thus year's theme was Paris. She requested a quiche, but I decided to take a step further and add hashbrowns for the crust. Making quiche is so easy and yummy, you can make any kind of veggie or cheese.

Supplies:
A pyrex pie dish
4 eggs
1 cup of half and half
1/2-1 c of shredded cheese
Salt & Pepper
2 c of hashbrowns, either fresh or thawed out and patted dry
2 tbsp butter

1. Take butter and spread around pie dish. Take hashbrowns and cover pie dish even, press down with cup or spoon for even coverage.

2. Place in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Take out.

3. Wisk eggs, half n half, cheese your veggies or cheese, salt and pepper to a bowl. Pour onto hashbrowns. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Make sure egg is cooked throughly. Poke in center with toothpick for wellness.

Enjoy!
