Balloon Shaker Card


This card is part of the Cutting Edge Blog Hop Card Contest

I love making shaker cards, unfortunately I don't make them as much, because they are time consuming. Going with a party theme as in previous post, I used balloon shakers to get the card shaking and added streamers for the party.
