FoodQT: Lasagna

My daughter recently got braces and hard foods are out of the question. For dinner, I decided to make Lasagna. SUPER FAST. SUPER Easy.

1 lbs of ground beef 
1 lbs of turkey ground meat
32oz of ricotta
8-12 oz of cheese
Lasagna pasta- no boil
1 can of spaghetti sauce
Italian seasonings
Garlic, salt, pepper to taste

1. Cook meat until golden brown. Strain oil and set aside. Add Spaghetti sauce, but reserve 1 cup for pyrex mold.

2. Add some sauce to the bottom of your mold. Add pasta. Use meat/sauce mixture. Add riccotta and cheese. Layer again. 

3. Continue step 2 til your at top. Cover top layer in Italian seasonings, ricotta mix. Then atop with cheese. Place in 400 F, covered for 45mins, check softness of noodles, if not soft add 10-15minutes more. Let rest for 10 minutes.
