I've been having a craving for flan and so I decided to make some for dessert tonight. Flan is a traditional gelatin dessert served with caramel sauce on top and bottom. It's really 2 ways to make, the gelatin box kind, using real milk or homemade. The homemade version takes a little longer to do, but the taste is delicious.
3/4 cup of white sugar
1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of sweet condensed milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 package of cream cheese (softened)
