For Easter Dinner, I decided to make a Honeybaked Glaze Coating on my Ham, because we didn't have time to get a delicious HoneyBaked Ham. Last year, I tried for a more tangy coating and although it was great, it was not my favorite, this time I decided to coat the entire ham in brown sugar. I cut little notches into the ham and place brown sugar and little water to make a paste if you will. You don't need much sugar but it worked perfectly, it made the exact version of the coating I wanted. Everyone thought it was a Honeybaked Ham.
Supplies:
Farmer John's Fully Cooked Ham (make sure its cold)
1 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
less than 1/4 cup of water
325F Degrees for 1-2hrs.
