Clean out and ready to haul :-)

I've recently been on this crochet addiction, buying all kinds of yarn, buying all sorts of makeup, and it was slowly taking over my house. This weekend I spent cleaning out all my new stuff, retired products, and current catalog stuff. After 2 hours or so, I'm pleased to report that everything is cleaned, I can see my tables:) What exactly does that mean? I will be at table later creating some spooky cards for you guys .

The Scrap Expo in San Diego, CA

Hello There!

I was super excited to attend another Scrapbook Expo, this time it was in Del Mar, CA. My sister-in-law, niece, and my daughter, came along with me and we had so much fun! There wasn't a price raised on parking, which was good and admission was only $7 with coupon.  You check in and register yourself for lots of great door prizes, as well as prize square located on the floor in the showroom.

I saw a lot of great things that coming out in the scrapbooking world and it with lots of hype, from new glue pens and never dry up, so you can embellish them whenever, new non-stick craft sheets with infused telefon, Double fine glitter, and lots of paper! I truly had a lot of fun. I did pick up a craft tote for extra storage and some copics, and i did some make-n-its. 

But I was truly dissapointed to see there was no Stampin' Up! Demonstrator there, I was looking forward to seeing something from us. Well, maybe next year, maybe if I can create a little more fan-base I will set up Demos and do Make-n-its with all our SU goodies!

What happened at Parent-Kid Stamp with me!

Hi Everyone!

I'm happy to report that the 30+kids and me event as stamptastic! lol I had so much fun, I was so overwhelmed with the amount of kids I show up, but once I asked the parents to step in and stamp with their children, I got to chat up the parents about Stampin Up!

I booked 5 workshops and scored some soon-to-be loyal customers. So I ended finishing up in an hour. I spent the night stamping, talking to parents (mostly moms) and showing off the projects for my classes.

A special thank you to my daughter for being a special helper! She chatted up parents, kids, about the stamp-a-stack workshops I hold on Saturdays and Sundays. Thank You Marissa.

Stampin Up!, Me, and 30+ kids

Good morning everyone!
What a beautiful sunny day in San Diego, CA. I've got the most exciting news to share with all of you. I talked to my daughter's principal and asked if the kids could do a Valentine's Day Stamp with me small make n take its. The principal said it would be a wonderful idea to do a live demostration during the PTA meeting. I'm super excited! The principal said I could bring all related SU material, catalogs, and even my laptop with me to the demo! I'm super excited!

Can't wait, I'll post the details on how it went Tuesday evening.
