Today, I was inspired to make this dish, after having it at our favorite sushi restaurant over the weekend. I made this dish in little time and it was delicious for lunch appetizers.
Supplies:
4 garlic cloves super minced
2 packages of frozen
1 TBSP of parmesan cheese grated
1 TBSP of oil or cooking spray.
1. Steam Edamame in microwave or in a bag, don't overcook just so they're still firm but not frozen.
2. On medium-high heat, saute garlic with Edamame.
3. In a bowl. Empty edamame and add parmesan and toss.
