FoodQT: Chicken & Broccoli

 Today, I decided to make Chinese Inspired Dinner. I made homemade sauce and the dish came out tasty.

Supplies:
Sliced chicken breast thin and in small pieces
3- cups of broccoli florets raw
1 cup of chicken stock
2 tsp of sugar
2 TBSP of soy sauce
2 tsp of corn starch
2 cloves of minced garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste


1. In a deep pan add chicken and cooked until not pink anymore.

2. In a bowl, mix stock, sugar, corn starch, soy sauce and give it a good mix. Add broccoli and 3/4 c of mix. Give it a mix and cook for 5 minutes covered with a lid.

3. After 5 mins, add rest of sauce and cook until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked thoroughly and broccoli is soft.

4. Serve with steam rice.
