I had so much fun making this card, I love practicing with distress inks on watercolor paper, they blend really well. The tie dye effect came in when I blended 3 colors and I got amazing effects. In a previous post, you can check it out.

Absolutely gorgeous effects with the Distress inks!! I need to play with mine more!!! Love your fun card. The balloons are so happy and the sentiment is really sweet.
