FoodQT: Slowcooker Pot Roast



I've never made potroast before, let alone is a slow cooker. I must admit I did at a couple of different methods of preparation for this dish, all suggestion either the oven or slow cooker. So I added my own seasoning, left out carrots and celery because I'm not a big fan and the smell and taste is delicious. 

Supplies: 

Rot Roast Meat 
Salt and Pepper 
Italian Seasoning 
1 teaspoon of A-1 
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
6-7 potatoes large quartered
half onion quartered
1 1/3 cup of chicken stock, or a bit more if needed

For Gravy mix:

Butter
3 Tablespoons of Flour or Cornstarch 
Salt and Pepper to taste 
Meat Juice from slow cooker dish
